- 1 small ripe banana
- 200 gr greek strained yogurt 2%
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tspn ground ceylon cinnamon
- 1 cardamom pod
- 10 gr protein powder of your choice
- 150 gr sliced ripe strawberries
Instructions:
(things are really simple here)
- Add all ingredients -except for the strawberries- into a food processor.
- Blend them all together until a smooth runny texture.
- Pour your mixture in a large bowl and add on top your strawberries.
- Garnish if you like with small peppermint leaves.
That's it! You're done!

*You can use whichever protein powder you like, flavoured or not (whey, pea, rice, hemp, etc). I used in this recipe organic unflavoured pea protein.
