Let's see what you're going to need to make this simple recipe:
- 4 large egg whites
- 60 gr butter
- 60 gr protein powder
- 200 gr of white all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp lemon peel
- 200 gr honey
- 80 ml lemon juice
- 2 tsp baking powder
How to make the muffins:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celcius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Simply add all of your ingredients in a food processor and mix them all together until they are well combined.
- Use a muffin tin (or two like I did!) and pour your mixture into the small cups (if you wish you can put cup cake liners into the the cups of the tin)
And....
